Card Order Form

Beginning in 2010, MyChristmasCard.com will be designing all of our customer's cards free of charge.  We are doing this for two reasons:  1) customers consistently give our design team high marks for artistic presentation and 2) it saves you time!

Just fill out the following simple form, and we will contact you with a login where you can then upload your photos.  We take it from there!

Comments (you can include the greetings you want in your card here, or we can work with you over the phone or via email for that, your choice!)

Once we receive this form we will set up your card, then email you with a new login (so you can confirm we found the right card), and then upload your photos.  Easy to follow directions for the upload will be included.  And you will always be able to make changes... and you do not make any purchase until you are completely satisfied with the design!  We will contact you within 24 hours.  If you do not hear back from us, please check any email filters or write to us at mail@mychristmascard.com.  Thank you.
